Insurance clients book through Headway; private-pay clients book via our Ensora/Client Portal. Both options confirm availability in real time.

Please complete your intake forms at least 24 hours before your first appointment. This helps us start strong and on time.

Medication safety & refills

Refills are handled during appointments. For controlled substances, we follow evidence-based guidelines and state/federal regulations.

Cancellation & no-show

24-hour notice is required to avoid a late cancellation/no-show fee. Please see our full policy on the Policies page.
