Note: Private-pay fees are rounded to include a $5 Carepatron/Stripe processing fee. Missed sessions are billed at the scheduled service rate, not to exceed $255. Insurance is not billed for cancellation/no-show fees; these are the client’s responsibility. Good Faith Estimates available upon request (No Surprises Act).
